  • Upon placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with shipping details, an associated tracking number and link. Please use this link to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • All products are made to order - we do not offer any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

  • Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be amended.

    Exceptions can be made in the event of minor spelling errors. Please contact customer service at info@bycreppy.com, stating the amendments to be made, within 1 day of placing your order.

    We cannot guarantee amendments can be made after this time period.

  • Currently, we ship to UK, EU, Asia, Canada, and Unites States. All orders are shipped from UK.

  • All items are printed, framed and packaged by hand, and are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow for the shipping time below:

    UK and EU: 10-12 business days

    Asia, Canada, and United States: 14-18 business days

  • We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders.
